What is Youth Connect Vancouver?

Youth Connect Vancouver (YCV) is owned and operated by Steve Sorrenti. He has more than 15 year’s experience working with children and youth from many diverse backgrounds. Steve can be considered a youth mentor, that is, he works with young people to help them identify goals and strengths, and to discuss strategies to address the challenges that they are facing in life. Steve is also a skilled tutor and has worked for 8 years supporting students in Vancouver School Board schools.

At the core of YCV’s philosophy is the belief that people benefit greatly from healthy connections to family, friends, and their community. Through these connections they can find happiness and thrive.

"Steve has supported hundreds of Vancouver children and youth to feel grounded, connected and more confident through his expert knowledge of youth services in Vancouver, and with his own innovative flair."
